Sound Processing Kit

Sound Processing Kit (abbreviated as SPKit) is a set of C++ classes and utility programs for digital audio signal processing. SPKit is developed for UNIX compatible operating systems but its fundamental parts may be ported to other environments with little effort. SPKit contains online documentation in HTML format. You can find the SPKit distribution and online documentation here.

Spectutils

Spectutils is a set of software tools for creating spectrogram plots from audio signals.

Helsinki Music Tools

Helsinki Music Tools (abbr. HMT) is a software toolkit for computer music composition, music analysis and other musical data processing.
